Industrialized them, made them "Indestructible",
rented them to
individuals who wanted to buy,
but did not have their finances in order.
Then, he helped these people obtain appropriate financing
and
sold them the Condominiums.
Profit was about Five Times their value.

Over the years, Dr. Marc moved on as his career in music moved on,
City after City,
Condo after Condo.
The Penthouse at 3300 Lake Shore Drive was in decline.
Dr. Innes returned it to its Pre-War, 1917 Elegance,

He returned this Unit into Traditional Gold Coast Elegance.
When Dr. Innes was forced to sell, the new Buyer bought everything,
including Furniture and the 7'1" Steinway Grand Piano.

He quadrupled his investment.

it became an outstanding Home and Office.

this is where Dr. Innes taught, sang and worked, while in New York City.
Dr. Innes walked to The Academy of Vocal Arts on Rittenhouse Square,
to The Curtis Institute of Music and downtown Philadelphia.
